Free rooms available at the BPMA for society meetings – 8 – 15 May 2010

 The British Postal Museum & Archive is pleased to be able to offer three rooms to societies who wish to hold meetings during the period of the London 2010 International Stamp Exhibition.  These rooms are offered free of charge.  Check current availability

 The rooms are available free at the Phoenix Centre, from 8 – 15 May 2010, from 9 am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.  Rooms are available outside these times (i.e. at the weekend and after 5pm) at a cost of £50/hour plus VAT. 

 The Phoenix Centre is adjacent to The British Postal Museum & Archive, part of the Mount Pleasant Sorting Office complex, Clerkenwell, London.

 The Phoenix Centre is just 10 minutes by bus from the Business Design Centre, where the International Stamp Exhibition is being held.

 By holding your society meeting at the Phoenix Centre, you will be ideally located to visit the BPMA Search Room philatelic exhibition.

 The capacities of the rooms range from 20 to 140 persons, providing the ability to accommodate most group sizes.  Rooms will be allocated on a first come - first served basis, so you are advised to make enquiries as soon as possible.

 Refreshments can be provided, but these will incur a charge.
